Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) package TJ's Gnocchi Italiani, cooked and drained
  • 1 tray TJ's Microwavable Brussels Sprouts, microwaved and chopped into quarters
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 strips TJ's Peppered Uncured Turkey Bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup TJ's Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2 medium cloves TJ's Garlic, minced
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup TJ's New Zealand Organic Cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 cup TJ's Milk
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp TJ's Ground Nutmeg

Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium heat, then sauté diced bacon, onions and Brussels Sprouts until onions turn translucent and Brussels Sprouts start to caramelize. Add garlic and stir occasionally for another two minutes. Meanwhile, add cheese, milk, butter, flour & nutmeg to the pot with the cooked gnocchi and heat on medium-low until the cheese melts. Then fold bacon-veggie sauté mixture into the pasta. Enjoy!
