  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup torn fresh basil
  • 2 ounces hard apple cider
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Champagne

Step 1

In a small saucepan, simmer honey, water and torn fresh basil, stirring, until the honey dissolves, about 2 minutes; let cool. In each of 2 flutes, pour in 1 oz. hard apple cider, 1/2 oz. of the basil syrup and 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice. Top with champagne.
