Farfel Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Matzoh farfel
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green apples
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Pour farfel in colander. Pour water on top and drain. Put in large bowl. Add margarine and eggs. Peel apples and slice. Drop in cold water so won't turn brown. Add sugar and cinnamon. Add some lemon juice 350 45 minutes or until brown.
