Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 6 ounces Ortega chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in 1 tsp. margarine til brown. Combine with cheese. Brown tortilla on both sides with 1 tsp. margarine.
Put cheese inside tortilla and roll. Top with chili sauce. Put in 350 oven. May put sliced black olives on top.
