CHESS PIE

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 teaspoon corn meal
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 stick butter or oleo, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ● Mix and pour into pie shell.
  • ● Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
