Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/14 cup fat-free milk (I used 2%)
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) reduced fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • fruit of your choice, chopped toasted nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oats, milk, yogurt and honey. Refrigerate overnight. Top each serving with fruit and nuts.
