Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried dill
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- olive oil, for drizzling
Preparation
Step 1
place all ingredients in the food processor. combine until smooth, and adjust seasonings to taste. drizzle with olive oil, and serve with chips, veges or pita wedges.
