Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) low fat cream cheese, whipped variety
- 3/4 cup(s) store bought cocktail sauce
- 1 pound(s) lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked celery, minced
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked shallot(s), minced
- 3 Tbsp capers
- 1/2 cup(s) avocado, chopped
- 3 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 medium lemon(s), cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Line up eight 9-oz plastic or glass cups (or very small glass bowls). In each cup, layer 2 Tbsp cream cheese, 1 1/2 Tbsp cocktail sauce, 2 oz crab, 1 Tbsp celery, 1 Tbsp shallot, a heaping tsp capers and 1 Tbsp avocado; garnish with chives and serve with lemon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
