Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, minced
- pinch of paprika
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl. Stir in the parsley, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for an hour. Keeps up to 3 days.
