Ingredients
- 186 g cake flour (Softasilk flour)
- 200 g sugar
- 3.5 g salt
- 7.5 g baking powder
- 60 g butter at room temperature
- 25 g vegetable oil (canola)
- 85 g almond milk
- _______________________________________________
- 85 g almond milk ( you can substitute whole milk)
- 75 g eggs
- 5 g vanilla
- 5 g almond oil or you can substitute 5 g almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first seven ingredients thoroughly...
Then add next 4 ingredients slowly with an electric mixer...
Pour 500 g of mix into a 7" cake pan; or, fill 18 cupcake liners with 2 heaping tablespoons ...
For two 7" cakes, bake at 350 for about 20 mins.... for the cupcakes, bake at 350 for about 10 minutes .... for both till slightly brown around the edges...
Cool completely before icing...
