Paprika Shrimp and Farro

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound shrimp; peeled, deveined
- 3 cup farro; cooked
- 1/3 cup green olives; pitted, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, melt butter with paprika over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp,
stirring, three minutes; season. Add farro and olives; stir until warmed,
two minutes.
Can swap out the farro for couscous. Can swap out olives for cherry
tomatoes or roasted tomatoes.
