Ingredients
- 31 g cocoa powder
- 178 g sugar
- 125 g all-purpose flour ( I use softasilk)
- 3.5 g salt
- 5 g baking soda
- __________________________________________________
- 109 g boiling water
- __________________________________________________
- 82 g vegetable oil
- 56 g eggs
- 112 g buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Blend first five ingredients...
Then add 109 g boiling water.....
then in an electric mixer, add the vegetable oil, eggs and buttermilk..
Pour into two 7" cake pans (600 g each) or 18 cupcake liners (two heaping Tbl's per liner) ..
Bake the cake at 350 for 20 mins or the cupcakes at 350 for 10 mins or till tops are spongy....
