Ingredients
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup light Karo
- 1 stick melted butter
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans; divided
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and add sugars. Add rest of ingredients except pecans. Fold in pecans. Put unbaked crust on cookie sheet and fill. Cook 10 minutes on 400 degrees then turn oven down to 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Turn pie halfway around after 30 minutes to brown evenly.
