Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
- 2 ounces canned jalapeno peppers, drained and diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf Sourdough bread, cut into bite-sized chunks
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth; stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave-safe serving dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on High until not, about 1 minute. Place bowl on a large platter and arrange Sourdough bread chunks around the dip.
