Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh brocoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small head cauliflower sliced into bite size pieces
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- small onion, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Combine vegetables in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill covered for 3 hours or longer.
