Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 (15oz.) blackeye peas, drained
- 1/2 cup thin sliced purple onions
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing and pour over peas, onions and bell peppers. Chill 12 to 24 hours.
