Chicken Recipe (Needle)

Ingredients

• onion
• chicken
• mayo
• onion soup
• honey
• cornflake crumbs
• 1/2 C duck sauce
• 1/4 C soy sauce
• 1/4 C brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice one onion and lay on bottom of pan.

2. Place chicken pieces on top.

3. Shmear mayo on chicken and sprinkle with onion mix and cornflake crumbs.
Drziile honey on top and bake covered for one 1.5 hours.

4. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, duck sauce.

5. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for additional 40 minutes.

Best served Friday night but good on Shabbos Day.
