  • Accompaniment:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz.)Cream Of Celery condensed soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup cubed cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Muenster)
  • Wide Egg Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Season boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Over medium heat, lightly coat skillet with extra-virgin oil and a tablespoon of butter. Cook the chicken on each side ( lightly browning) until there is no pink. Remove chicken and cut into small cubes.
In skillet over medium heat, melt the butter (cut butter up and be careful not to burn the butter), add the green pepper and onion, season with salt and pepper, cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in soup and milk; blend well. Stir in meat, and cheese. Cook 5 minutes more or until heated through.
Arrange accompaniment on serving platter. Serve sauce over accompaniment.
