Strawberry Pie

I always make 2 pies with this recipe. If you choose to do this double all ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs. corn starch
- 1/2 box strawberry Jello
- Cool Whip
- Baked Pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Then add 1/2 box of jello. Put fresh sliced strawberries into a baked pie crust. Pour jello mixture over berries and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Spread Cool Whip on top.
