Ingredients
- 1-6 oz package long-grain and wild rice mix
- 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBS chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, except pepper and toss to mix.
3. Chill at least 2 hours, top w/ pecans and serve.
