Ingredients
- 12-16 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pickling spices
- 2 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cup water

Step 1
Place eggs in jar. In a sauce pan mix sugar, salt, pickling spice and vinegar. Add water and simmer 8 minutes. Steam and pour over eggs. Allow to pickle for several days.
