Glazed Meatballs

This recipe includes a recipe for meatballs, but you can use frozen.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1/2 c. bottled chili sauce
  • 1 c. (112 oz.) grape jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce & pepper. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook over hot oil in medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Combine chili sauce and jelly in medium sauce pan. Stir well. Add meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
