Ingredients
- 1/3 cup walnut oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar

In a glass jar, combine all ingredients, shake well. Use right away or store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
