Curried Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 lb potatos
• 2 TB Garlic Olive Oil
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 TS Curry Powder
• Salt/Pepper

Dice potatoes and boil until tender.
Drain potatoes and smash and mix with other ingredients
