- 2 Mangos
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- 2 T. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 2 Limes, Juiced

Step 1
Cut mangos in 1/2 around large pit & remove. Cut criss-cross through fruit (not skim) & press skin, so cubes pop out & cut off skin. Chop smaller & combine with all ingredients.
