Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Fold in:
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar: cream butter and sugar
• Add 1 egg
• l cup sour cream
• 1 teasp. vanilla
• Mix together and stir in :
• 2 cups Cake Flour
• 1 teasp. baking powder
• 1/4 teasp. salt
• Fold in:
• Bluberries (frozen blueberries...make sure they are a little frozen.
• Filling:
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teasp. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup nuts ( I never put these in)

Preparation

Step 1

Greased and floured bundt pan

Layer:
1/2 batter
all of filling
1/2 batter

Run knife through to mix filling in.

Bake @350 for 55-60 minutes
