  • 6 eggs well beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices cubed wheat bread
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Tarragon

Step 1

Can add zucchini slices or asparagus (any veggie you love) to eggs or on top of bread as well as ham, bacon, or sausage pieces.

Spray pan well. Lay cubed bread in pan and whatever meat or veggies you like. Add egg mixture, lay on cheese and cover, sit overnight in refrigerator.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, and ten minutes uncovered.

This recipe yields 12 to 14 servings.
