Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • 18 oz. jar Apricot Jelly
  • 8 oz. bottle of Russian Dressing
  • 1 envelope of dry instant onion soup mix
  • 12 Chicken Tenders

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients together. Place chicken tenders in a 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Brush the chicken with half of the dressing mixture. Bake at 250 for one hour. Turn chicken; brush with the last half of the dressing mixture. Cook for an additional hour. This makes a lot of sauce; you can serve with rice and it is fantastic.
