Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter or margerine
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/4 cup enriched flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and brown sugar. Blend in vanilla and egg. Add flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 2 dozen 3 inch cookies
