Jell-O In-A-Can

Light and refreshing dessert that uses only 2 ingredients! Serve with a dollop of cottage cheese or whipped cream, if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can sliced pineapple
- 1 small (3 oz) box lime Jell-O gelatin
Preparation
Step 1
Pour off juice from the can of pineapple.
Dissolve the Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Pour hot Jell-O over the pineapple rings in the can.
Chill for several hours to set.
Run hot water on the sides and bottom of can to loosen. Cut out the bottom of the can and slide the mold out onto a serving plate. (My banana split dish was perfect)!
To serve, cut between the pineapple rings and top slices with a scoop of cottage cheese or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
