Stir Fried Rice Dick Burris'

Ingredients

  • 1/4 square butter
  • 3 or 4 eggs scrambled
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 package radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 lb. Ham, cooked, diced small

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet, add 1/4 square butter, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce to butter

When hot, simmer and add rice, ham, green pepper and onions.

Cook until almost done and add more soy sauce if necessary.

Add scrambled eggs and radishes.

Simmer 2 minutes.

Serve hot!
