Ingredients
- 4 C. fresh raspberries
- 4 T. sugar
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 2 C. whipping cream
- 1/4 C. raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- Brownies, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Set aside 8-10 of raspberries. In medium mixing bowl combine remaining raspberries, sugar and orange zest. Place berry mixture into1-1 ½ qt. serving bowl.
2. In chilled bowl, combine whipping cream and liqueur. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Spoon on top of raspberry mixture.
3. Top with brownie chunks and reserved raspberries.
