Ingredients

  • 1 CUP BASIL LEAVES
  • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
  • 2-3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 2 TABLESPOONS FAT FREE (GROUND)
  • PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

PUT YOUR WASHED BASIL LEAVES IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR. THROW IN TWO OR THREE CLOVES OF GARLIC (TO TASTE, DEPENDS ON SIZE OF CLOVES.) PUT IN LEMON JUICE (CAN USE BOTTLED) AND BLEND. ONCE THE LEAVES GET CUT INTO SMALL BITS, ADD SOME FAT FREE PARMESAN CHEESE AND MIX TOGETHER. IT SHOULD BE WELL BLENDED BUT NOT SOUPY.
