    cup Green Bell Pepper (sweet)

    lb Beef, Ground-lean

  • tsp Salt

  • ¼

    tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½

    tsp Oregano, Dried

  • 2

    tbsp Worcestershire

  • 6

    oz Elbows Pasta

  • 3

    oz Mushrooms Stems & Pieces (netcarb) Net Wt. 6.5 Oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, saute onion and green pepper in over medium heat until tender. Add ground round, cooking until brown. Add salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine cooked macaroni, ground round mixture, mushrooms, soup and chopped tomato. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted and brown. Makes 6 servings.
