Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced sweet red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon grape seed oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) halibut steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1 teaspoon grape seed oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable cooking spray

Step 1
Combine pineapple, sweet red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, oil and salt in a bowl; stir well. Let pineapple salsa stand at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brush halibut steaks evenly with 1 teaspoon grape seed oil and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt. Set aside.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place steaks on rack; grill, uncovered, 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve each steak with ¼ cup pineapple salsa and lime wedges.
