Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz) packages frozen Broccoli spears
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese and chives
- 2 (10 oz) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Trim a little of stems off broccoli and throw away. Cook broccoli in microwave as directed. Place in 2 quart baking dish.
2. In saucepan combine cream cheese, soup, lemon juice and butter. Heat just to mix thoroughly. Pour over broccoli.
3. Heat at 350 degrees just until hot and bubbly.
