  • Topping:
  • 1 cp shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 large pkg frozen hash brown potatoes (cubes)
  • 1/2 cp melted butter
  • 1 tsp each salt & pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/4 cp melted butter
  • 1 small can crispy fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost potatoes. Mix all other ingred. except toppings., then add potatoes. Put in 13x9 baking dish. Melt 1/4 butted and add to corn flakes and onions. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 45 min. at 350
