Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Remove scales from stalks with vegetable peeler.
Place asparagus in center of a 24x18" sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil; drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with cheese. Fold opposite edges of foil together over asparagus; crimp and fold remaining edges to seal.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
