Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos to make this recipe soy free)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch or corn starch or arrowroot starch
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1


Mix tapioca starch and cold water in a cup and dissolve.

Add tapioca starch water mixture to sauce in pan.

Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.

Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Will hold for a few months.
