Willie's Barbecue

Hillsboro Dairy Bar Barbecues from growing up days.

Ingredients

• 1 c. chopped onion
• 3 T. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. vinegar
• 1 c. catsup
• 1 c. water
• 1 c. chopped celery
• 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 2 pounds ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour.
