Deep Fried Turkey

  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Peanut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and clean turkey. Sprinkle turkey with cajun seasoning. Marinate in teriakyi sauce overnight. Cook in peanut oil in turkey fryer for 4 minutes per lb. @ 330 degrees.

Measure internal temperature with a digital thermometer. When done, should register 170-180 degrees.
