Ingredients
- 1 C. uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
- 1 C. celery, chopped
- 1 C. carrots, chopped
- 2 4-oz. cans mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. slivered almonds
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 # boneless round steak, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 3 C. water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Layer ingredients in slow cooker in order listed. Do not stir.
2. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
3. Stir before serving.
