Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1-cup warm water
  • 1 -pkg. yeast
  • 2-TBS. sugar
  • 2 &1/2-cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-tsp. salt
  • 1 -egg
  • 2-TBS. solid shortening, melted, measure after melting

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well and shape into rolls.
Place on a greased pan, let rise at least20- minutes.
Bake at 375degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
