Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 16 1/2 oz bread flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 t yeast
  • 1 1/3 C Ice Water
  • Sauce
  • 1 28 iz can tomatoes.
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t orageno
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 t red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Crust
Blend flour, sugar and yeast. Add water, blend. let set in processor 10 mins. Add salt and oil. process for 60 secs.. Put in lightly greased bowl cover and put in fridge for 1-3 days. put dough out for at least an hour before cooking. divide in half. put on greased surface and cover w plastic.

Sauce
Blend all ingredients and refrigerate

Put pizza stone on top rack of oven. Heat to 500

roll out dough to 8 " circles then stretch to two 12" circles.
Add 1/2 cup sauce leaving 1/4" border. add 1/4 c parmeson and 1 C mozzarella

Bake 10 to 12 mins turning 1/2 way thru
