Paprika Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 package Hidden Valley ranch Salad dressing mix
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

IN large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and one tablespoon of the salad dressing mix until blended. Shape into 24 balls.

HEAT oil in skillet and lightly brown meatballs on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and cook until done, about 5 more minutes. Drain.

IN small bowl whisk together sour cream, tomato, paprika and remaining salad dressing mix. Pour into skillet and stir until heated through.
