Whole Food Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 TBS almond butter
  • 2 TBS. pumpkinseeds
  • 2 TBS. chi seeds
  • 2 TBS. hemp seeds
  • 4 walnuts
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • 1 Lg. banana
  • 1 TBS coconut oil
  • 1/2 C. unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 C. water

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth.
if the shake is to thick, add water a little at a time until desired consistency.
