Baked Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb box of lasagna noodles (18 noodles)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb cottage cheese (24 oz)
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Brown and drain beef. Add spaghetti sauce to drained beef and simmer 10 minutes. In separate bowl, combine mozzarella and cottage cheese. Pour about 1 cup of sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.top with 2 layers of lasagna noodles. Top with mozzarella mix and 1 -1 1/2 cups sauce. Repeat ending with sauce layer. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 375* for 30 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before cutting.
