Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp tsp ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 9-inch unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except pie crusts). Blend well.

Pour into pie crusts.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees. Continue to bake for another 40 minutes or until pie is firm.
