Tuna, Plum Tomato & Basil Pesto Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can (170 g)
  • Gold Seal® Chunk Light tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup spring mix or favourite lettuce
  • 2 10" whole wheat tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl mix cream cheese and pesto.
2. Spread pesto - cream cheese mixture on tortillas, add a layer of tuna, then tomato slices and lettuce.
3. Wrap tight and cut into 2" slices.
