Vegan Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 cups of loosly packed Basil
• 2 - 3 gloves of garlic
• 6 TBSP Pine Nuts
• 3/4 - 1 tsp salt
• 6 TBSP Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the olive oil and nutritional yeast into processor.
Process to a finely ground consistency.
Add Olive Oil and process again, until smooth and creamy.
